We are open to members 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Casual visits and in store membership sales will only be available during our reception hours, however you can join or renew online at any time. We have provided a vending machine to enable any purchases of refreshments outside of reception hours. Please note there will be no access to the Sauna, Group Fitness, Boxing or RPM Studios outside of staffed hours. You will need a FOB KEY to attend the club during all hours to gain access. There will be CCTV in operation at all times. The elevator will only be accessible during staff hours.

Our child minding facility is offered to our members to help parents achieve their health and fitness goals while our professional staff look after the kids.

Ladies Only Studio
Our ladies studio provides privacy and comfort needed to achieve your fitness goals. Equipped with the latest Nautilus Nitro Plus equipment, it gives our female members various options of toning programs depending on their time frame. We can provide a 30 minute express workout for the busy woman on the go or an extended resistance program, both guaranteed to give you fabulous results.
Our cardio theatre offers the latest easy to use Star Trac cardio training equipment. Featuring treadmills, recumbent bikes, Tour de France road bikes, Airdyne Assault bikes, elliptical trainers, steppers, rowing machines, kayak machines, StairMaster Stepmill and the unique TreadClimber. The Startrac TreadClimber machine is a more efficient way to help members reach their fitness goals. Its revolutionary design combines the ease of walking with the results of running or stepping. So you will burn twice the calories as you would on a treadmill – IN THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME!
Take some time-out in our sauna and help loosen and relax your muscles after your workout. The sauna’s benefits are numerous, not least because of the relaxing ambience that leaves your body soothed and your mind serene. Its main advantage lies in the fact that it promotes sweating, helping the body to rid itself of toxins and stimulates the functions of other organs.
THE BEST POLICY IN THE SAUNA
Avoid alcohol, drugs and consult your doctor if you are on medication
Don’t remain in the sauna much longer than 20 minutes at a time
Drink fluids after a sauna
Leave the sauna if you feel light headed or ill
Rest afterward and cool down gradually
Take off glasses, jewellery, other metal objects before taking a sauna
No big meals that will require large amounts of blood for digestion beforehand
